Weekly Price 2011: From £275 to £410 inclusive of all fuel and all linen.
Short breaks: At £65 per night but not available during the school summer holidays.
£50 per week or part week booking deposit.
Final payment 42 days prior to holiday start date.
Changeover day: Sunday
Arrival time: 3pm Departure time: 10am
No-smoking.
Pets: By prior arrangement and at £25 per pet per week or part week.
Parking: For 1 car close to the lodge.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided.

SITE INFORMATION AND FACILITIES:
Warren Bay Holiday Village has been owned and run by the same family for more than 20 years.
On site shop/off licence.
Laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers (rotary clothes line in garden at lodge).
Swimming pool which is 5ft 6ins at the deep end and 3ft 6ins at the shallow end. There is a pool for toddlers adjacent to the main pool at the shallow end. The pool may not be open all year round but there is another larger pool at Hoburne Holiday Park on Blue Anchor sea front which is open for most of the year.
Small play area for children under 10.
Security barrier opening at 8am and closing at dusk (pass provided).
